East Asian Wetland Species
Your guide will take you around a wetland reservation within easy reach of public transportation. Nature thrives within this bustling city, and there are pockets of major biodiversity. Expect to see around 20 unique species.
Target species: common kingfisher, white-tailed eagle, eastern buzzard, upland buzzard, yellow-throated bunting, dollarbird, yellow-rumped flycatcher, and other regionally endemic species
Spoonbills and Mudflats
The mudflats of Korea are an important ecosystem that provides food and refuge for resident and migrating species. This experience will take you to Incheon, where there are many breeding black-faced spoonbills and other mudflats species.
Target species: black-faced spoonbill, falcated duck, Eurasian curlew, black-winged stilt
East Asian Cranes
The Korean Demilitarized Zone is hostile towards humans but extremely welcoming to wildlife! A number of crane species capitalize on this and migrate here for the winter to feed. This very unique viewing opportunity is only available from November to February.
Target species: white-naped crane, red-crowned crane, hooded crane, common crane, greater white-fronted goose
Introduction to Wildlife Identification 50 USD (75,000 KRW)
We are surrounded by nature every day. This simplified and beginner-friendly tour is designed to help you identify common birds like ducks, herons, tits, and finches. We’ll also give camera and photo tips to novice photographers. This tour lasts 2 to 3 hours.

Overall a great birding experience. Zack is a tour guide who cares deeply about the environment, has great knowledge of birds and a deep respect for wildlife.
